米粉を生地の80%に使用しお米で仕上げた大元工房のパンは、他にない「もちもち、フワフワ」食感!10年以上変わらないその食感は老若男女問わず沢山のお客様に喜んでいただいています。
また、使用するのは岡山県産「吉備しあわせ米粉」です。安心安全、体にやさしい米粉パンを是非当店で味わってみてください。
Omoto Kobo's bread, which uses rice flour for 80% of the dough and is finished with rice, has a unique "mochimochi, fluffy" texture! The texture, which has not changed for more than 10 years, has been appreciated by many customers regardless of age or gender. Also, we use "Kibi Shiawase Rice Flour" from Okayama Prefecture. Please try our rice flour bread, which is safe and secure, and is kind to your body.

大元工房のグルテンフリーパンは小麦アレルギーの方でもパンを楽しんで頂きたいという想いで、米粉製造メーカーと共同開発されました。成型できる生地だから作れるあんぱんやクリームパン、耳まで美味しい食パンは絶品。米粉なのにねちゃねちゃしない、米粉なのに硬くならない。初めての方は不思議な感覚になるかもしれません。売り切れ御免のGFパンは曜日限定販売なのでお買い求めの際は確認ください。
Omoto Kobo's gluten-free bread was jointly developed with a rice flour manufacturer with the hope that even people with wheat allergies can enjoy the bread. Anpan, cream bun, and delicious bread that can be made because it is a moldable dough are exquisite. It doesn't get messy even though it's rice flour, and it doesn't harden even though it's rice flour. If you are new to this, it may be a strange feeling. The sold-out GF bread is sold only on days of the week, so please check when purchasing.
